Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments, consultations, treatments and services provided by Timeless Aesthetics.
By booking an appointment, paying a consultation fee or receiving treatment from Timeless Aesthetics, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Timeless Aesthetics
Timeless Aesthetics provides non-surgical aesthetic consultations and treatments from:
Cabello Hair & Beauty
Halesworth, Suffolk
Treatments are provided by appropriately trained practitioners. Where a treatment requires a prescription, the appropriate prescribing process must be completed before treatment can take place.
Clinical suitability is always determined on an individual basis.
2. Eligibility for treatment
Clients must provide complete and accurate information regarding their health, medical history, medication, allergies and any other information relevant to treatment.
Timeless Aesthetics reserves the right to decline, postpone or discontinue treatment where the practitioner considers treatment to be unsuitable, unsafe or not in the client's best interests.
A booking or consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be offered.
For cosmetic botulinum toxin and injectable filler procedures in England, clients must be aged 18 or over. Timeless Aesthetics may request photographic identification where age is uncertain. It is unlawful to arrange or provide these cosmetic treatments to a person under 18, subject to limited medical exceptions prescribed by law.
3. Consultations
Some treatments require a consultation before treatment can be provided.
Where Timeless Aesthetics charges a £30 consultation fee, this must be paid when the consultation is booked unless otherwise agreed.
The consultation fee is intended to cover the consultation appointment and the practitioner's or prescriber's time.
Where stated at the time of booking, the £30 consultation fee may be redeemed against a subsequent eligible treatment booked following that consultation.
The consultation fee is not a guarantee that treatment will be recommended or provided.
If, following clinical assessment, treatment is considered inappropriate or unsafe, Timeless Aesthetics is under no obligation to provide treatment.
Prescription treatments
Where prescription-only medicine is required, a separate assessment by an appropriate prescriber may be necessary.
For nurse and midwife independent prescribers, current NMC requirements state that medicines used for elective non-surgical cosmetic procedures must be prescribed following a face-to-face consultation and clinical assessment, including subsequent prescribing consultations.
Treatment cannot proceed until any required prescription and clinical assessment requirements have been satisfied.
4. Booking appointments
Appointments may be booked through Timeless Aesthetics, its website, Faces or another booking method made available by the business.
Clients are responsible for:
providing accurate contact information;
checking the date, time and location of their appointment;
completing requested consultation, consent and medical forms;
informing Timeless Aesthetics promptly of any material change in their health or medication.
Timeless Aesthetics may refuse or postpone an appointment where required information has not been supplied.
5. Appointment changes and cancellations
We understand that circumstances change and ask clients to provide as much notice as reasonably possible if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Timeless Aesthetics may apply a cancellation or rebooking charge where an appointment is cancelled at short notice or where a client does not attend.
Any applicable cancellation period, charge or deposit condition will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation charges will be proportionate to the circumstances and are intended to reflect genuine losses and reserved practitioner time rather than operate as a penalty.
This is important because consumer terms can be considered unfair where they impose excessive cancellation charges or automatically allow a business to retain all advance payments irrespective of its actual loss.
Late arrival
Clients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened, rearranged or cancelled if there is insufficient time to provide the treatment safely.
Where an appointment cannot proceed because of significant lateness, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
6. Cancellations by Timeless Aesthetics
Occasionally Timeless Aesthetics may need to cancel or rearrange an appointment because of practitioner illness, prescribing availability, product availability, clinical circumstances or other events outside our reasonable control.
Where this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative appointment.
If Timeless Aesthetics cancels a paid appointment and no suitable alternative can be agreed, any payment relating solely to that cancelled appointment will be refunded where appropriate.
Timeless Aesthetics is not responsible for indirect costs such as travel, accommodation, childcare or loss of earnings arising from an appointment being rearranged, except where the law requires otherwise.
7. Treatment prices and payment
Prices may vary depending on:
the treatment selected;
the amount of product required;
the areas treated;
the individual treatment plan;
clinical requirements.
Where a treatment is advertised as “from” a particular price, the final cost will depend on the agreed treatment plan.
The price payable will be confirmed before treatment begins.
Payment is normally due on or before the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Timeless Aesthetics may change its prices at any time, but price changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed price of treatment already provided.
8. Deposits and advance payments
Where a deposit or advance payment is required, the applicable amount and cancellation conditions will be made clear before payment is taken.
Deposits may be applied towards the final treatment cost.
Any retention of a deposit following cancellation will be subject to applicable consumer law and must be reasonable in the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights a client may have.
9. Results and expectations
Aesthetic treatments affect individuals differently.
Timeless Aesthetics cannot guarantee:
a particular cosmetic result;
that treatment will meet every client's subjective expectation;
how long an individual result will last;
that further treatment will not be required.
Factors such as anatomy, metabolism, lifestyle, treatment history, healing response and the amount of product used can affect results.
Before treatment, clients should discuss their desired outcome openly with the practitioner.
Timeless Aesthetics will provide treatment based on professional judgement, clinical suitability and the agreed treatment plan.
10. Treatment risks and consent
All medical and aesthetic procedures involve some degree of risk.
Before treatment, clients will be given information relevant to the proposed procedure, including material risks, expected benefits, alternatives and aftercare requirements where appropriate.
Clients must provide informed consent before treatment.
Treatment-specific consent forms may be completed electronically through Faces or another clinical record system.
Signing a consent form does not remove any legal rights and does not exclude Timeless Aesthetics from responsibility where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by Timeless Aesthetics.
Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect treatment results or increase the likelihood of complications.
Clients should contact Timeless Aesthetics promptly if they experience:
unexpected symptoms;
significant pain;
unusual swelling;
suspected infection;
concerning changes following treatment; or
any other reaction about which they are concerned.
Where urgent medical attention is required, clients should contact the appropriate emergency or NHS service rather than waiting for a response from Timeless Aesthetics.
12. Reviews and follow-up appointments
Some treatments may include or recommend a follow-up or review.
A review appointment does not automatically entitle the client to additional treatment or additional product free of charge.
Whether further treatment is clinically appropriate will be determined by the practitioner.
Where a complimentary review or adjustment policy applies to a particular treatment, this will be explained separately.
Appointments requested outside any stated review period may be treated as a new appointment and may incur a charge.
13. Refusal of treatment
Timeless Aesthetics may refuse treatment where, in the practitioner's professional judgement:
the treatment would not be appropriate;
expectations are unrealistic;
the requested treatment could create an unnatural or unsafe result;
there is a medical contraindication;
informed consent cannot properly be obtained;
the client appears to be under undue pressure from another person;
the client is intoxicated or otherwise unable to make an informed decision;
the practitioner believes treatment is not in the client's best interests.
The practitioner is not required to perform a treatment simply because a client has requested or paid for a consultation.
14. Behaviour towards staff and practitioners
Timeless Aesthetics operates a respectful working environment.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards practitioners, prescribers, salon staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
Timeless Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse future appointments where behaviour makes it unreasonable or unsafe to continue the professional relationship.
15. Photography
Clinical photographs may be taken before and/or after treatment where appropriate for clinical record-keeping and assessment.
Clinical photographs will not automatically be used for marketing purposes.
Separate permission will be obtained before identifiable photographs or videos are used publicly for marketing, social media or promotional purposes.
Clients may decline marketing use without this affecting the clinical care they receive.
16. Personal information and privacy
Timeless Aesthetics processes personal information for purposes including:
managing appointments;
providing consultations and treatment;
maintaining clinical records;
complying with professional and legal obligations;
handling payments;
communicating with clients;
providing aftercare.
Health information may constitute special-category personal data and will be handled accordingly.
Further information about how personal information is collected, used, stored and protected should be set out in Timeless Aesthetics' separate Privacy Policy.
17. Marketing communications
Timeless Aesthetics may only send electronic marketing communications where there is an appropriate lawful basis to do so.
Clients can withdraw marketing consent or opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Opting out of marketing will not prevent Timeless Aesthetics from sending necessary service or clinical communications relating to an existing appointment or treatment.
18. Gift vouchers, promotions and offers
Where Timeless Aesthetics introduces gift vouchers, promotional offers or discount codes, separate conditions may apply.
Unless otherwise stated:
promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
promotions cannot be combined;
treatment remains subject to clinical suitability;
a promotional price does not guarantee that a treatment will be recommended;
offers may have a stated expiry date.
Nothing in a promotion overrides the practitioner's clinical judgement.
19. Complaints
Timeless Aesthetics aims to resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Clients who are unhappy with any aspect of their experience should contact Timeless Aesthetics as soon as reasonably possible, providing sufficient information for the matter to be investigated.
Where a concern relates to a treatment outcome or possible complication, the client may be asked to attend an assessment before any resolution can be determined.
Making a complaint will not affect a client's statutory rights.
20. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Timeless Aesthetics will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
Clients remain responsible for:
providing accurate medical information;
following aftercare instructions;
attending recommended reviews;
informing the practitioner of relevant changes in circumstances.
These Terms do not exclude any rights provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law.
Consumer terms cannot lawfully remove responsibility for matters such as injury caused by negligence or services that have not been provided with the required standard of care.
21. Website information
Information provided on the Timeless Aesthetics website, social media pages or marketing materials is intended as general information only.
It is not a substitute for individual clinical assessment.
Treatment suitability, risks, expected outcomes and alternatives must be considered individually.
Website photographs, testimonials and examples of previous results should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another client will achieve the same outcome.
22. Changes to these Terms
Timeless Aesthetics may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to:
services;
booking processes;
pricing arrangements;
legislation;
regulation;
professional guidance.
The version published on the website at the relevant time will apply.
23. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
